Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of The Honey Hunt, are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on the first day of the month at midnight and ends on the last day of the month at midnight. All entries must be received by 12:00am Central Time on the last day of the month.

4. How to Enter: Visit thehoneyhunt.com and fill out the form on the giveaway page.

5. Prize Details: The winner(s) will receive a honey gift basket containing honey or products associated with honey with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $35. Any restrictions or terms associated with the prize, such as expiration dates, must be adhered to by the winner(s). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner(s) will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received and will be notified via email within 2 days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Taxes: All federal, state, and/or local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize value exceeds $600, a Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for tax purposes.

8. Social Media Platform Rules: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, platform(s) such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, X. Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the giveaway, or otherwise violating these rules. False or deceptive entries or acts may render the participant ineligible.

10. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and Minnesota.
